Ed and Maria's Xmas Party is one of the major events on the New York social calendar. And who can refuse an invitation in sonnet form?

The party was well up to its usual standard — good food, plenty of wine (not that I needed alcohol after another party the previous evening), and a wonderfully diverse set of guests. For me, it's always a great chance to catch up with my ex-colleagues from Sun — all the people in the photos are ex-Sunnies, their partners and their offspring.
